The ideal candidate would have a UK driving license and be local to Ipswich, they would have ample background in IT Support, cisco and infrastructure.
The Role:
- Complex 2nd Line/3rd line tickets
- Dealing with users on the telephone and in person for support
- Meeting service desk targets for quality and performance
