CAD Technician - Requiered for our client that workign out of an office in Ipswich. The CAD Technician would be workign for a unique company that is employee owned and work across the a range of industries within Rail, Marine and Structures.
CAD Technician Position Remuneration

- Access to our internal ICE Training scheme. We are an accredited ICE training provider and you will be allocated an in-house mentor who will support you to achieve relevant accreditations.
CAD Technician Position Overview
- Play a key role in the production of engineering design work
- Site inspection/survey work
- Technical and CAD drawings
- Assisting with design and general office duties.
- Assisting project managers to deliver project work
- Attend meetings and represent the company
- Provide a mentoring/supervisory role to trainee/junior technicians.
CAD Technician Position Requirements
- T-level or HNC or HND within Engineering or construction
- Experienced AutoCAD and Revit user
- Experience in either Rail, Marine or Structures
- Ability to clearly communicate and interpret instructions
- Desire to contribute to company development
- An interest in supporting/mentoring junior and less experienced Technicians
- Clean driving licence
