Are you looking for a role where you can get stuck in and support a small team with a willingness to learn and develop your skillset? You will be responsible for preparing sample panels and overseeing production activities to realise production targets and quality standards.

This is a manual role where a full driving licence will be required as you will need to drive a company van on occasion.

Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm Mon-Thurs & 9am - 4.30pm on a Friday (39-hour week)

Duties & Responsibilities of the Warehouse Assistant:

  • Responsible for the daily realisation of the sample panel production process to ensure compliance with the planning and quality of work.
  • Processing incoming sample requests and prepare samples.
  • Ordering third party supplies - managing stock levels and ordering new stock as required.
  • Arrange correct shipment of finished sample panels and (other) marketing materials and be responsible for the storage of exhibition stands.
  • Regular communication with sales teams.
  • Performing the administration and reporting associated with the position.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE and other guidelines, quality standards, systems, and procedures within the team to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the team and the department.
  • Continuously remaining informed of the developments within the field of expertise and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on this to be a source of knowledge for the organisation.

What you will need to succeed as Warehouse Assistant:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Forklift licence desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
