Commercial Contracts Advisor required to join a the Legal Team and be involved with the pre-tender engagement process. The role will also include reviewing large tender framework agreements, contracts, licences and a comprehensive risk assessment to the business,

You will advise and draft on tender clarification to attain clarity on risk. Propose and agree strategies and ensure contracts are commercially and legally robust. The role will involve the handling of confidential and sensitive legal and contractual information.
