Your new company
You will be working for a principal contractor based in the Ipswich area. This building contractor works on residential and commercial projects and has a large portfolio of undeveloped land in the pipeline.
Your new role
As the no 1 Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project and site staff, ensuring works are progressing smoothly and all health and safety requirements are promoted and adhered to.
The first project you will be working on is the conversion of commercial premises to residential properties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience working on a similar project, as well as hold your SMSTS and first aid qualifications.
