Compliance Executive

My client is seeking an experienced compliance executive.As a key member, you'll be at the forefront of regulatory change, assessing and crafting responses to consultation papers, particularly those from the FCA. Your expertise will contribute to the production of regulatory newsletters, disseminating critical insights across the organisation.You'll drive compliance advisory services, offering proactive guidance on regulatory nuances and shaping policies to reflect evolving requirements. Your role will extend to training initiatives, equipping colleagues with the knowledge to navigate regulatory frameworks effectively.In the realm of compliance monitoring, you'll conduct routine assessments, delve into ad-hoc reviews, and ensure the resolution of any compliance discrepancies. Your vigilance will safeguard the firm's integrity and mitigate risks.Beyond regulatory duties, you'll review and approve marketing materials, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
