We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Account Manager to join their dynamic Property Management team. In this client-facing role, you'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of properties, delivering expert advice on maintenance obligations, statutory compliance, and capital projects. You'll take ownership of compliance audits, asbestos surveys, and condition reviews, ensuring our clients' buildings remain compliant and well-maintained. Your expertise will guide clients on property-related matters, including project feasibility, workplace solutions, and long-term energy efficiency strategies. We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional with experience in property or facilities management.Ideally, you'll have technical knowledge in building fabric and M&E systems, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
