First Call Contract Services are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant for our newly launched Talent Solutions division. This exciting new role is to help us develop our permanent recruitment offering across our current branch network.

After a record breaking 2023, this really is a great time to be joining our organisation!

Ideally candidates will come from a permanent recruitment background and have an understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry. This role would suit a current recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant or branch manager looking to move into a purely permanent sector position.

Candidate duties will include:

  • Promoting our permanent recruitment services to both local & regional businesses, via telephone, email & face to face meetings
  • Arranging & attending business to business sales meetings
  • Placing suited candidates into permanent roles within local and national organisations
  • To build lasting business relationships with new and existing clients & companies
  • To manage a daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline & diary
  • Attend regular service meetings with current clients

Candidate experience will include:

  • Ideally have a background or experience of permanent recruitment, including new business development & account management
  • Have a strong background in either a telesales or a face to face sales role, gained within the recruitment industry
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management within organisations including hiring managers, HR departments & board level management
  • Have excellent negotiation skills

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.

Basic starting salary is DOE, industry leading packages are available with excellent OTE's & excellent company benefits.
