Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Order Processing Administrator  to join our team. As a key player, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless order placement, accurate communication with suppliers, and efficient coordination of changes. Responsibilities:

  • Order Accuracy: Place orders with suppliers based on contract terms and specifications.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain courteous and effective communication with suppliers.
  • Efficient Coordination: Schedule orders and manage changes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Timely Amendments: Process order amendments promptly.
  • Status Monitoring: Monitor order status and proactively address any issues.
  • Customer Contracts: Verify information against customer contracts.
  • Customer Liaison: Professionally interact with customers regarding orders.
  • Accuracy Assurance: Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and raise discrepancies for correction.
  • Order Processing: Process orders following company policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of orders and related documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work with team members to enhance order processing efficiency.
  • Compliance: Adhere to relevant standards and data privacy regulations.
