Key Responsibilities: ?
- Processing and recording sales invoices accurately and timely
- Monitoring customer accounts and payments
- Reconciling sales ledger balances and investigating discrepancies
- Communicating with customers to resolve payment queries
- Assisting with month-end and year-end sales ledger reporting
- Supporting credit control activities
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales ledger or accounts receivable role preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised with good time management
