Located in the picturesque Suffolk countryside, a wonderful SEMH School, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Forest School Teacher. This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a passion for outdoor education and a belief in the transformative power of nature to make a significant impact on young learners.

Day to Day of the Role:Lead engaging outdoor sessions in our Whispering Wood, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for the natural environment.Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that encourage children to explore, discover, and connect with the outdoors.Develop and implement Forest School programs that align with the curriculum.Promote positive behaviour and safety during forest sessions.Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate outdoor learning into the wider curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Level 3 Forest School Practitioner qualification (or equivalent).Experience working with children in an outdoor setting.Passion for environmental education and a commitment to nurturing children’s well-being.Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
