  • Contributing creative ideas to menu development, showcasing the best of Scottish produce.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Supporting the training and development of junior team members.
