Calling all Sales/Business Development professionals!

I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join a repeat client, who specialises in bespoke enterprise security systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B sales, ideally within the technical, construction, security or IT sectors. This role involves working on high-value projects, generally ranging from £1M to £5M, and offers a lucrative commission structure. This is a Monday - Friday position, working from 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday (with 1 hour lunch break), and 8:30am-3:30pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition within the enterprise security sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Travel to client sites to understand their security needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed set KPIs and sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within relevant industries.
  • A valid driving license and vehicle. 
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Proficiency in cold calling and converting warm leads into sales.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
