Role Overview: We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This full-time position offers a fulfilling opportunity to deliver exceptional care and educational activities to young children. While a driving license is preferred, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Childcare & Education:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Observe and assess children's progress, keeping detailed records.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.

Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other practitioners to provide a cohesive educational experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Parent Engagement:
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers.
- Communicate effectively about children's development and address any concerns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 in Childcare is essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and development.
- Driving license preferred but not essential.
Working Hours:
- Full-Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Part-Time: Specific days available, with shifts remaining 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
