Permanent Role with Leading Care Provider

Role Overview:We are in search of an experienced Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and exceptional leadership abilities to contribute to our residents' well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and evaluate individualized Care Plans using our electronic system.
- Administer prescribed medication and manage medical interventions following company protocols and NMC guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure efficient home management and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate care staff performance, offering necessary supervision and training.
- Assist in recruiting and training new team members.
- Assume responsibility for home operations in the absence of the Home Manager.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration
- RGN/RMN qualification
- Extensive experience working with individuals with dementia
- Proficient understanding of MCA, DoLs, Safeguarding, and whistleblowing procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with IT proficiency
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in a similar role
