About the Role:
As a Front-Line Mechanical and Electrical Inspector, you'll be pivotal in:
- Conducting inspections, adjustments, and tests on fully assembled machines
- Ensuring machines meet customer specifications
- Reading and interpreting Mechanical Drawings
- Powering up servo motors and quality checking
- Supporting machine installations and servicing duties
- Collaborating with engineering and build teams to resolve non-conformances
About You:
- Suitably qualified to NVQ Level 3, HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering or alternative required discipline.
- Arelevant technical or engineering qualification in mechanical is desirable but full training will be given.
- A knowledge of grinding processes is highly desirable but full training will be given.
- A knowledge of machine tools is essential.
- Experienced in Soft PLC to iec61131
- Understanding of Field Bus Profinet, Profibus.
- Flexibility for occasional travel(across UK and Europe) and working different shifts/overtime
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in Automotive Industries
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently or in a team

- Initial 12 months in Cross Hills before independent travel(across UK and Europe)
