My client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their clients and assisting them with their enquiries and concerns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

?Answering and resolving customer complaints, responding to phone calls and email requests and maintaining customer service expectations with professionalism and empathy.

?Listening attentively to customers and connecting them with the appropriate department or person to address their needs

?Accurately recording and logging interactions with customers and updating account information and retrieving information if required to create reports for management

?Working with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers

?Knowledgable on relevant updated company rules and policies to address issues such as returns, faulty merchandise, wrong delivery and delayed delivery to inform customers with accurately and efficiently

?Communicating to Management and team to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve customer and staff experience

?Willingness to learn from management to properly apply company policy to customer solutions

?Contributes to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyse information and make sound decisions

- Familiarity with the catering industry is a plus

- Proficient in using CRM systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
