Job Title: Shift Operative - Days
Location: Kendal
Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Full Time
Salary: 12.56 per hour
Our client based on the outskirts of Kendal is seeking a Shift Operative to assist with day to day warehouse cleaning, refurbishing of tools and equipment and assisting with other similar duties
This is to work Monday - Friday on flexible hours - this could be from 8am - 4pm or 10am - 2pm with movement on these hours if needed

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the production process. Your duties will include:
- Cleaning blade cartridges
- Replacing and informing managers of any damaged or faulty products
- Cleaning and refurbishing needle boards
- Core cutting using a programmed machine
- General warehouse cleaning
- Adhering to Health and Safety regulations

- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Prior production or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
