Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a Technical and Planning Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has strong communication skills to support and coordinate various technical projects. The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 100% office based.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain project documentation, including Warranties, Technical Overviews/Site Reports, LABC Extranet/NHBC Portal, Update sales prices, Apply for cover notes/certificate of insurance.
  • Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to gather and distribute relevant project information.
  • For new sites register for Openreach via Developer Portal, Apply for street naming/postal addresses, register for MPAN/MPRN with Services Design Team & Service Provider (EON), Prepare Technical Handover Packages, assist Planning & Technical Manager in formulation of new Planning Applications and ongoing submissions.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology and documentation.
