We are delighted to assist our valued client with their opportunity to join their organisation in a newly created role to growth for a Customised Account Co-ordinator.
Reporting to the Customised Awards Manager, this role offers Hybrid working 3 days from home and 2 days in the office (due to location own transport essential).
This role requires an excellent communicator able to provide a responsive customer service. So that providers find the process seamless approach and encourages submission of new Customised Awards.
Purpose of the role:
As part of the portfolio of training and qualification accredits developed by third parties, known as Customised Awards.
Plan to expand the range of customised awards to meet emerging industry needs, to support this the Customised Account Co-ordinator will:
* Proactively engage with and recruit new providers to increase Customised awards to fill identified industry gaps.
* Support Customised Awards Manager to ensure that training providers seeking courses accredited as Customised Awards, have good experience working with organisation that applicants meet the quality criteria that protects brand.
* Support the efficient administration of the onboarding, approval and ongoing management of customised providers and awards.
* Support the quality assurance Customised Awards providers.
Skills required:
* Good knowledge of MS office, especially Word and Excel.
* High standard of written oral communication.
* Negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
* Ideally understanding of the ISO processes relating to quality assurance.
* Attention to details with the ability to deliver to deadlines.
