An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established and prestigious large nursing home located near Maidstone, Kent. I am seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursing home.
Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care staff.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Utilise your excellent dementia care knowledge to enhance the quality of life for residents.
Oversee the delivery of person-centered care plans tailored to individual needs.
Actively participate in staff training, development, and performance management.
Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
Ideally possess an NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
Extensive experience working in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload efficiently.
