Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll have a pivotal role within the business where you will oversee and define the operational process.

This a newly created position, a challenging yet varied role, which creates a nice balance between the two.

Below is a small overview of the role…

• Provide Expertise in Financial Accounting: to keep your knowledge up to date and serve as the resident expert on financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Developing Best Practices: research, develop, document, and implement best practices in financial management, accounting, and reporting to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Streamlining Processes: identify inefficiencies in existing financial processes.
• Develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
• Training: Identifying training requirements within the teams working with the business to ensure that these are delivered on time and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure consistency across all teams in the output of delivery.
• Responsible for tax and statutory compliance across all Clients, ensuring delivery in a timely manner
