- Proven experience in a similar Facilities Hygiene Manager role within FMCG
- Experience of consistently delivering high hygiene standards across site
- Robust experience working on internal and external audits
- Experience creating, delivering and implementing Hygiene Strategy throughout the business
- Passion for hygiene and technical safety
- People management experience required
- Experience working collaboratively with the Health, Safety & Environment teams to work in compliance with their policies and ensure risks are identified, assessed and controlled
- The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation
