Head Chef required for this 40 cover country pub serving all fresh ingredients

This would be a perfect role for a Sous Chef looking to take on their first kitchen, the covers are consistent 30 – 40’s with a popular Sunday lunch serving 60 -100

The pub is closed Sunday evening, and all day Monday & Tuesday

The owner is happy for the chef to have a fairly free hand creating tasty popular dishes and specials

Location

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Kettering, Corby, Thrapston, Raunds, Rushden, Oundle or possibly Huntingdon area with their own transport

Benefits

Base Salary of £35,000 - £38,000

Working hours - Wednesday – Sunday normal working hours 45 per week
