Join my clients dynamic and friendly team as a Business Development Executive, where your primary mission is to identify and convert prospective clients into satisfied customers. This challenging yet highly rewarding position involves:

Salary: £24,000 basic, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000

- Identifying new business opportunities via phone calls- Arranging and attending client meetings- Working predominantly from our office, with 2-4 client meetings per week- Utilising a provided database for targeted cold calling

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct a minimum of 50 cold calls per day- Deliver excellent face-to-face communication and presentation- Confidently interact with clients up to Director level- Demonstrate quick learning, intelligence, and enthusiasm as a team player- Maintain a cheerful and personable spirit over the phone - Exhibit determination and tenacity to overcome setbacks and achieve success
