We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Recruiter to help with our recruiting activities. As a junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment on all pour departments with the process of assisting with interviews, and issuing employment contracts, compiling, and maintaining records, performance reports and communications.
You will work directly under the hiring manager or executive recruiter and assist with all recruiting-related duties.
We are looking for an efficient person who will take over office management during the rotated shifts pattern- 6-14, 9-17, 14-22 and 22-6 am. Will be responsible for supervising e-mails, bookings and contact with customers. More details during conversations.
All training regarding our tasks will be provided.
Weekly payments.
To ensure success as a Junior Recruiter, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. To be able to understands the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.
Junior Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Recruitment callings
- Answering calls/ messages/ booking
- checking documents, support planning team
