Senior Supply Chain Analyst

We have been asked to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Analyst for a company based in Kettering.

Day to day, reporting into the Supply Chain Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting a defined portfolio of companies, managing relationships with manufacturers, 3PL’s.

Please note to be suitable for this role, you’ll need to have experience in supply chain/manufacturing.

Below is a small overview of the role…

• Define available warehouse stock and agreed client sales forecast and create manufacturing demand figure.
• Produce a recommended manufacturing schedule for agreement with the client.
• Billing materials - responsible for understanding what they are for each client and ensuring that they are accurately documented in the system.
• Costings - Responsible for ensuring that these are accurately documented on the system.
• Taking the ownership of any product recalls - liaising with the client, warehouse, customers, and internal communications
• Month end stock reconciliation and adjustments
• Managing any critical issues which occur ensuring communication with the client and internal communications are always met.
• Building relationships with suppliers’ manufacturers, 3PL
• Processes and Procedures - to continuously review, identify and implement improvements always communicating to the relevant departments.
