Our established client based in Kettering are a leading distributor within their sector, and are now looking to recruit a Trainee Warehouse Operative on a permanent basis.
Working as part of a small team, in an excitingindustry, this role is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a friendly team with the main purpose of this job being to offer efficient and effective support to the business.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Taking deliveries
- Checking for damaged/missing items
- Storing goods
- Moving stock by various methods
- Putting the stock away
- Picking/packing orders
- Wrapping items
- Ticketing/labelling
- Loading goods for dispatch
- Maintaining stock records and documentation
- Locations checks and general housekeeping.
