We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our key client in Kidderminster.

This role would suit Project Engineer with experience working in a range of industries relating to the heavy industrial sector such as; steel fabrication, welding, structural steel, conveyors, silo`s, process plants, materials handling, aggregate industries, mining, quarrying or similar.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The Project Engineer will be taking projects from concept to completion including managing orders from the customers and sales team, undertaking site surveys, liaising with cross functional teams all the way through to site installation.
  • Conduct site visits for specifications & measurements and then product method statements & risk assessments
  • Ability to use CAD software (AutoCAD & Solidworks preferable) to create initial drafts for the design team and produce information for manufacturing purposes.
  • Cost control and adhere to budgets at all times during project delivery
  • Mechanical knowledge to know how the product will be installed and what needs to be done

Key Attributes:

  • Ideally 5+ years` experience in a Project Delivery role with a technical engineering background
  • Willingness to visit customer sites across the UK and oversee installation and undertake initial measurements
  • CAD skills
  • Knowledge of H&S to ensure compliance
