Description

* Being responsible for a Children's home which can accommodate up to 6 children/young people with learning difficulties

* Team leadership/management

* Rota's

* Attendance/Disciplinary

* Working with the wider team of Registered Managers within the organisation

Profile

* Experienced and dynamic Children's Home Registered Manager

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential childcare

* Looking to expand your career? Opportunities to complete Level 7

* Proven track record of making a difference to the lives of children

* Supervision and management of a team

* NVQ 3 in Children and Young People

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

* A Good or Outstanding grade within your recent OFSTED Inspections
