Position: Warehouse OperativeLocation: KidderminsterShift: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pmSalary: £11.44 p/hrContract: Temp - PermPertemps Industrial are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for their client based in Kidderminster. Working on a static day shift in a brand-new state-of-the-art facility, the role will involve assembling products by hand and carrying out basic quality checks.The Duties of a Warehouse Operative:- Assemble / re-work products following customer specification- Quality checking of products prior to dispatch to customer- Picking and Packing items- Moving stock to the correct location- Sweeping and general upkeep of the warehouseThe Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:- Have previous experience of working in a warehousing environment- Have some assembly experience although not essential- Ensure pick rate is high and mistakes are minimal- Have an excellent timekeeping & attendance- The warehouse can be cold during winter months- Physical work required, manoeuvring items up to 15kg- Required to assist with cleaning of the warehouseAs a Warehouse Operative you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the warehouse.
