The restaurant has won many awards and has an experienced Head Chef & Management team. This is an opportunity to prepare pastries and dessers for service with no banqueting or functions.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Brand New refurbished kitchen
- Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to 3AA/Michelin Star rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Pastry Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with 2/3AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
