CNC Setter Operator

CNC Setter Operator, Eynsham. OX5, Kidlington, Oxford. £15 - £18 per hour. Day Shifts.

• CNC Machinist, Setter / Operator role – double day rotation shifts (6:00 – 14:30 / 14:00 – 10:30pm)
• Working for a medium sized business that manufactures parts for highly regulated industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Motorsport). You will work on some extremely interesting projects at the high end of the engineering spectrum, they have a very reputable customer base.
• Excellent modern facilities, culture for progression and development – a business that invests in it’s employees and working environment / technology (Clean, organised and process driven). They like to progress engineers through the business.
• Multi axis CNC background, ideally based near to Eynsham / Witney.

This CNC Setter Operator role will suit:

• A CNC Machinist, CNC Technician, CNC setter / operator based near to Oxford.
• Able to set and operate large 5 axis / multi axis CNC machines.
• Working to fine tolerances, you will need to be able to interpret engineering drawings.
• Technically astute – able to use Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore micrometers.
