We are looking for a dedicated and capable Finance Manager to manage our accounting and finance department, ensuring all financial operations run smoothly and effectively. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by ensuring the effective management of our financial resources.

Description

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting and finance department
  • Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Leading and developing the finance team
  • Collaborating with senior management on strategic financial planning
  • Analysing financial data and providing actionable insights
  • Managing audits and liaising with external auditors

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Not-for-Profit sector
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
