Are you passionate about championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) on a global scale? We are seeking a highly motivated Global DE&I Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. Our client, a leading multinational company based in Oxfordshire, is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals feel valued and empowered. As the Global DE&I Specialist, you will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive DE&I strategies, initiatives, and programmes across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the global DE&I strategy, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of DE&I principles throughout all aspects of the organisation.
  • Conduct thorough DE&I assessments, collecting and analysing relevant data to identify barriers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to build awareness, enhance cultural competency, and encourage inclusive behaviours throughout the company.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to implement best practises for attracting and retaining diverse talent and ensuring an inclusive candidate experience.
  • Partner with employee resource groups and affinity networks to support their initiatives and foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DE&I initiatives using key metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Stay updated on DE&I trends, legislation, and best practises, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience driving DE&I initiatives on a global scale, ideally within a multinational organisation.
  • Deep understanding of DE&I principles, best practises, and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience designing and delivering DE&I training programmes is preferred.
  • Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or relevant certifications are a plus.
