The position 2nd Line Support / Support Engineer is required for supporting their growing internal team... The position is based in their Witney office within their IT team supporting 100+ users across 6 sites.Duties and Responsibilities. * 2nd line support to users* Troubleshooting incidents* Developing and executing processes for service requirements,* Identifying areas of improvement within the IT service,* Liaising with senior IT team to escalate any issues or concerns within IT areas.Skills and Requirements.* Experience supporting Windows Desktops & Laptops* Office365 - inc: SharePoint, Teams, One Drive and Email* Good working knowledge with Active Directory, Multi-factor authentication and patching networks and Wi-Fi.* General understanding of Windows Server* Troubleshooting under pressure* Excellent communication and organisational skillsThe ideal candidate would also be self-motivated with an eye for details and precision!
