The Role:

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be handling a diverse range of pest control tasks, including rodents, insects, and some mammals.

This role involves significant travel within the technician's local area.

Duties:

• Execute pest control treatments adhering to BPCA Best Practice Codes.
• Service contractual agreements at predetermined intervals, ensuring continuous work and income.
• Follow safety protocols strictly, including wearing protective gear.
• Generate personal leads with an enhanced commission structure.
• Manage appointments and customer interactions professionally.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Pest Control Technician or in a similar role.
• Own a Berlingo-sized van and ladder from the start.
• Willingness to travel for job assignments.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, especially during peak seasons.
