This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware, process-driven procurement professional to shape and lead the Procurement Centre of Excellence within a global business environment. You'll play a critical role in driving procurement reporting, process improvement, supplier compliance, and global stakeholder engagement.

The Role

As Procurement CoE Manager, you'll lead key strategic initiatives that enhance global procurement performance, ensure data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining global procurement reporting systems and KPIs

  • Leading procurement cost-saving and performance tracking initiatives

  • Managing global supplier compliance and due diligence processes

  • Supporting strategic decision-making through accurate data and insights

  • Acting as a change agent and internal consultant on procurement best practices

Scope
  • Operates across multiple regions and countries globally

  • Cross-functional collaboration with procurement, finance, supply chain, and operations

  • No direct reports but high-level stakeholder influence

Key Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in procurement operations, tools, and compliance

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and procurement systems

  • Understanding of global manufacturing or supply chain environments

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a global procurement function

  • Power BI reporting capability

  • Professional qualifications (CIPS, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
