Job Title: Customer Support Advisor (Collections)
Shifts: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm working 35 hours per week.
Salary: 23,000
Location: Kilmarnock, Ayrshire - amazing transport links nearby
Training: 3 weeks classroom-based training, then 1-2-1 support
Start date: June 2024
No working day will be the same as a customer support advisor, each day you will be responsible for working closely with customers understanding their financial circumstances and helping them where we can to get them back into great health, this could include customer settlements and resolving any queries customers may have!
What are we looking for?
- Excellent listening skills
- Caring and Passionate attitude to offer great service to customers
- Demonstrate the ability to deal with challenging situations
- Work part as a team
- Previous experience within a call centre is preferred
- Be able to demonstrate a good work history (minimum gaps between jobs)
- Ability to commute to Kilmarnock (Hybrid Role)
