As an Approved Electrician with Supervisory and Project Management experience, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical installations to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Leading a team of electricians, you'll provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include project management, client liaison, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.

Qualifications (required)

  • SJIB Grade: Approved Electrician
  • 18th Edition Testing and Inspection (BS7671)
  • SELECT Inspection & Testing (BS7671)
  • SSSTS Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme

Requirements:

  • Valid Electrician's Licence and approved electrician status
  • Proven supervisory and project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • You will reside within 20 miles of KA1 2AH

What will your role look like?

  • Lead and motivate a team of electricians and apprentices
  • Plan and oversee electrical projects to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Provide technical guidance and support to your team
  • Promote continuous improvement through training and development
