Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Secondary school in South Warwickshire who require a Resistant Materials specialist to join their Design & Technology department.
To be considered for this position you must have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Resistant Materials within UK Secondary Schools.ECTs are welcome to apply
Fixed term until 25th April 2025 in the first instance (1 year for ECT), with possibility of subsequent permanent post.
It is a very exciting time to join theschool and Trust as theirbrand new, state of the art school rebuild is due for completion in Summer 2024. DT will have an outstanding suite of rooms and a faculty office in the new building. The team comprises of three specialist teachers and two dedicated technicians who are all passionate about ensuring our students have a fantastic experience in this important suite of subjects.
The department has a well structured curriculum where all staff are invited to contribute. The department currently offers GCSE or equivalent in Graphic Design; Resistant Materials and Food prep and nutrition. It also offers Product Design at A Level.
