Hiring 4 dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team at a reputable Priamry School in King's Lynn.

Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs (PTSD, Non Verbal Autism, Autism, SEMH). Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.
  2. Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
  3. Providing one-on-one support to students
  4. Implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.

About Students: Ages 3 to 11 with PTSD, Non Verbal Autism, Autism, SEMH

Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)
  • Proficieny in English Language (Mandatory
  • Right to Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship Provided. Candidates on Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for this position)
