- Location - Based in Kings Hill, Kent
- Parking onsite
- Driving License is desirable
Day-to-day duties:
- Answering the phone to clients and potential new buyers
- Dealing with enquires
- Dealing with financial details on but to let mortgages
- Calculating % interest rates - working out the balance
- Working on CRM systems (Full training provided)
- Microsoft (Office, Excel, Word etc)
