Housekeeper

Live In Housekeeper / Dog Nanny Job, Kingston upon Thames

We have a request for a friendly, informal housekeeper to take care of a beautiful home in Surrey taking care of the home and 3 friendly German Shepherds. The role requires a candidate who is super confident with large dogs and will treat them as their own.

Duties to include:

• Daily Housekeeping
• Laundry, linen, and ironing
• Daily feeding and exercising of the dogs (within 4 acres of private grounds)
• Animal care and wellbeing checks and medical appointments
• Pet sitting when the family travels.
• Provisioning for the household
• Light informal cooking for the Gentleman of the house.
• Security of the property
• Driving is essential, a car is provided.

Extra family do visit at the weekends, so a candidate who is flexible in keeping the home organised and tidy during the busier times is essential. The ideal candidate will be flexible and manage their own time well. They are looking for someone to become part of the family and enjoy all the elements of the role. There are busy times, however there is plenty of down time, so a candidate that works well on their own is essential. The candidate must be responsible and kind and must love dogs.

Start date: June 2024

Working week: 6 days a week, (Sunday is a day off)

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Accommodation: A self-contained Flat, separate wing of the house

Salary: £45k
