We have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join our clients expanding payroll function.
What you'll do:
- Processing end to end payroll across the business.
- Management of the day-to-day running of the function and team.
- Providing 1:1s and managing review cycles for your team.
- Owning everything pensions related across the business.
- Management of month and year end.
- Processing statutory payments.
- Responsible for Payroll strategy and wider team project work.
- Team management experience (ideally a minimum of 2-5).
- Public sector experience (hugely beneficial).
- High volume payroll experience (1500+).
- Teacher pensions or LGPS knowledge.
