- Analyse and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
- Take ownership of the backlog, ensuring the team is equipped with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive pre-sprint activities and facilitate smooth sprint execution.
- Prioritise service desk items and technical debt, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics for measuring success and performance.
- Foster a community of Technical Product Owners, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience in Agile methodology, preferably within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- A strong proficiency in business analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A drive for project success, even under tight time constraints.
- Experience in B2C eCommerce or the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or Retail industries.
