Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

A highly successful and expanding SME business providing innovative products, seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to play a strategic role in shaping a sustainable future.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop and implement purchasing and supply chain strategies to optimise efficiency and minimise costs.
  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services at competitive prices.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and monitor inventory levels with effective management strategies.
  • Forecast demand for products and services, control transport costs, and stay updated with import and export regulations.
  • Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules, and quality.
  • Analyse supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Automate processes for increased efficiency and collaborate with marketing and sales teams on new product development.
  • Leading a team to achieve business objectives alongside conducting annual reviews and handling HR-related issues

Required Skills & Experience:

  • End-to-end supply chain experience
