This role would suit an individual with management experience and knowledge of the powder coating process.
The Role:
- Leading a team of 4 Paint Sprayers, to ensure Quality standards and timeframes are adhered to in the team
- Reporting directly to the Operations Director
- 7:30 to 4pm Monday to Friday
The Person:
- Team Leader/Supervisor experience
- Knowledge of the powder coating/shot blasting
- Strong willed and able to be fact driven to manage the team
