This position is a dual role as an Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant in a very interesting sector, based in Kinross. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support whilst also assisting in marketing activities within the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description

Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages

* Updating website

* Using Wordpress

* Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site

* Submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company's brand

* Maintaining and working on the CRM system

* Posting on Linked In

* General clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing

* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls

* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

* Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members

* Assist with bookkeeping tasks and liaise with the external accountants as needed

* Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents - Assist in organizing company events or meetings

Profile

A successful Office Administrator / Marketing Assistant should have:

  • Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a similar role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
