Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are supporting our client, a successful manufacturing company based in the Fife area, we are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their established finance team for a 6 month period.
Responsibilities include
- Assist with the month-end close and management accounts preparation.
- Assist in ensuring all balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled.
- Assist with weekly cash flow.
- Posting Payroll.
- Ensure stock valuations are correct in the ERP system.
- Assist with the yearend close and working papers.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly forecasts, quarterly and annual budgets.
- Provide ad hoc requests from finance stakeholders.
- Monthly VAT returns.
- Assist in Capex projects.
- Assist in implementing, managing, and monitoring company KPIs.
- Provide commercial finance support to engineering projects team.
Experience Required
- Qualified ACCA, CIMA, Part Qualified or QBE will be considered.
- Previous management accounting experience.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing, engineering, supply chain sector.
- Strong communication skills, able to present to non-financial staff and Stakeholders and build strong internal relationships.
- Exceptional data analysis and reporting skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and ideally ERP system experience.
